This car appears to have a dip in the middle. Is it a funnel-flow?

If I remember correctly, Funnel Flow is a trademark of Union Tank Car Company. This car was built by Trinity Rail, so technically it is not a Funnel Flow. However, many cars, not just Union Tank Car cars, do have a slope down toward the outlet.
